Teachers: We are under the guidance of Zen Master Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. Our non-resident teachers include ordained monks and nuns, and lay dharma teachers.
Lineage: The Liễu Quán Dharma Line (Vietnam) of the Lâm Tế School (the lineage of Master Linji of the Chinese Zen tradition)
Public activities: We hold weekly Saturday morning sangha practice which includes guided and silent sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement, mindful eating, dharma teaching study (readings or DVDs) and sharing, and other forms of practice as appropriate for the topic of the week. We hold Day of Mindfulness or retreats approximately 4 times a year.
